2018 Lottery Sale

Our first year was a success and next year we are hoping for even better results. The CNASF lottery group marketed 12 wonderful alpacas for the Canadian alpaca producer. We were not exactly sure how it would all work out and we know we have some kinks that definitely need fixing but overall most producers feedback was very positive. The success of the lottery was in the high-quality alpacas that were offered with excellent pictures and videos so people that couldn't attend could still see the quality, two-year-old females seemed to be the best sellers in all colours.

We had a lot of suggestions such as: parade of sale alpacas on Friday after futurity including the wild card selections, more live on Facebook - we need to show the fleece, bite and testicles while live - these are just a few of the suggestions we will implement to try and improve.

The CNASF lottery committee is pleased to offer the following alpacas to the first annual CNASF lottery sale.

The Lottery will be held Saturday April 14 at 6pm at the Westerner Park in Red Deer, AB.
