Nicki is a Genesis daughter from TnC Tupelo Honey Brown. We were very pleased with this genetic combo and as such, are expecting more of the same in 2018 with Honey bred back to Genesis. Honey has a strong colour background and comes from a line of females that have solid production performance. That colour background could play out in very interesting ways as Nicki shows definite grey tones on her face. Nicki is Honey's first cria and got improved density, crimp definition and uniformity of fineness (SD of 3.5µ) over her dam from Genesis. We are finding that Genesis is really adding brightness and lasting uniformity to his offspring's fleeces. |
